Traction

• One live institution running DatabStudio Finance daily on a Datab Node.
• RC1 release candidate with Atlas, Orula (preview), Gu (preview), and the DatabHome distribution foundation.
• Atlas HQ + Atlas Core federation working in development.

Strategy

• Land one production workload per sector (Finance first) and prove the offline-first stack.
• Distribute via DatabHome — same channel for snaps, images, apps, and partner workloads.
• Sell infrastructure subscriptions to institutions, not seat licenses to individuals.

Use of funds

• Bring 5–10 physical Datab Nodes to live institutions.
• Build out Atlas HQ and the DatabHome distribution layer to production grade.
• Hire the security + ML engineering needed to retire the Orula / Gu preview labels.
