The current engineering pilot also includes privacy-preserving peer trust signalling inside Atlas. That pilot uses Bloom-filter snapshots over mTLS-enforced gRPC and never transmits raw NIN, names, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, or direct personal identifiers.
